Service Description
* COVID-19 vaccine eligibility is now limited to people who live, work, or go to school in Ontario, in alignment with UIIP (flu shot) eligibility. A health card number is not required. * It is recommended a minimum interval of 3 months between COVID-19 vaccine doses only (for individuals who have completed their primary series).

✅To ensure the safety of yourself and other visitors 🙏Please don’t come to the pharmacy if you feel unwell , if you have been in contact with someone who had Covid , we will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment. ✅Please let us know if you no longer need this appointment as soon as you can so we can ensure someone else can get their vaccine 🙏
