Our Diabetes MedsCheck service is designed for people living with type 1 or 2 diabetes who want to take control of their lives and treat Diabetes on their terms. We want to help you: - Choose the right Glucose monitoring device - Train you on proper blood glucose testing techniques - Promote healthy patient outcomes and proper self-management of the disease - Improve and optimize drug therapy to improve your lifestyle - Ensure safe, effective and appropriate use of all types of medications, medical devices, and supplies - Ensure proper disposal of unused and/or expired medication - Provide patients with useful education and resources, as well as provide a list of accessible resources in the community
